Is it a hit or a miss? here’s my take

The bed was great , providing comfort for a restful night. The breakfast options were diverse and enjoyable, making for a pleasant start to the day.

The check-in process was frustrating , with long waits and unhelpful staff. The room cleanliness left something to be desired, which detracted from the overall experience.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel with the family. The kids loved the breakfast options, especially the waffles. We enjoyed a fun outing at the nearby Lubbock Premiere Cinema, which made our trip memorable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome.

In my wife’s opinion, the pool area could have been bigger for families with kids.

Just a commendable fit for a weekend adventure in Lubbock with great value-to-price ratio. The staff was smoking right outside the front door, making it hard to enter. Try to avoid rooms next to noisy neighbors.
