Staff was friendly. Location convienent.

Had problem with housekeeping. For some reason they didnt come to room. Had to request every day and they never vacuumed. Had problem with bugs in room. Needed bed linens changed twice. Bed was very hard have bad back no good. Wished there was a little more hot breakfast.because of all issues thought tbey would have given me some credit towards the bill. Not sure i would stay there again.

The hotel is in desperate need of remodeling. The carpet on the stairs and in the hallways is dirty and shabby. Because we stayed there for Parents Weekend the rates were extremely inflated.

We liked the room and we asked for the same room we stayed at six months before and they were able to give it to us. So we really loved they did that for us.

Loved the room layout. Beds were comfy. Rooms were clean and staff was very friendly.

We didn't have hot water in our bath. It was "lukewarm" so bathing was uncomfortable.

The bed was great , providing comfort for a restful night. The breakfast options were diverse and enjoyable.

The check-in process was frustrating , with long waits and unhelpful staff. The room cleanliness left something to be desired .

Location, bed, breakfast

The place was filthy in all the common areas. The room had an overwhelming fragrance that seemed like it might have been used to cover odors. It was so strong, it was a bad odor itself.

The staff was AWESOME! The room was adorable! Breakfast was not bad at all. Location was close to EVERYTHING!

I couldn't get in the last door near my room from the outside, the key didn't work. I just used the other, no problem.

Older facility and the bathroom was not as clean as it should have been but again, older fixtures, mold on tile floor and toilet seat was bad.

The front desk manager was really really nice.

A medical rate was availability through the hotel. I was not offered this through Booked.net. I could have saved $50 per night

The kids loved the breakfast options, especially the waffles. We enjoyed a fun outing at the nearby Lubbock Premiere Cinema. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

In my wife's opinion, the pool area could have been bigger for families with kids.

Loved our well-organised rooms in this hotel.

We booked the room at the last minute and the staff couldn't have been more pleasant. They were gracious and courteous. The room was clean an welcoming. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone asking about good places to stay.

Looking out our window was the alley. No big deal but their was someone's discarded among the trash looking out our window. Hope I don't forget anything.

Just a commendable fit for a weekend adventure in Lubbock with great value-to-price ratio. The staff was smoking right outside the front door, making it hard to enter. Try to avoid rooms next to noisy neighbors.
